Here’s a sneak peek of my first engagement session! I was a little nervous. With adults you need to do a bit more posing than kids. I usually just have to follow kids around and take the shots. With adults though you need to tell them what to do. This couple was great and he had LOTS of great posing ideas! I’m always worried that the man in the shoot won’t really be into the whole picture taking thing but “R” was great; engagement pictures were actually his idea!! Enjoy your sneak peek “C & R”. Here’s a sneak peek for the cutest cousins ever!!! They were fantastic for me and we had a great time exploring the “rain forest”. Thanks for the wonderful morning and I’ll be in touch, moms, when the rest of your gallery is ready!

This little photoshoot was all “A’s” idea! I love that they are lovin’ posing for me!

Whenever I see pictures of my kids it makes me realize how quickly they are growing up. I can’t believe that my little girl is going to be 8 in a few weeks. Makes me sad and happy all at the same time. I can’t wait to see who they will grow up to be but I don’t ever want them to grow up! All you moms know exactly what I mean.

These are also for my moms and dads who are looking at these on a beach in Hawaii! Hope you’re having a great time!! Watch for more posts this week with the other girls!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Little “P” loves Valentine’s Day!! She’s been so excited and has been counting the sleeps! You’d think Christmas was coming again! She was very excited for school this morning to share her valentine’s with her friends.

I took these pictures a few weeks ago after seeing the on another blog ( http://brendaacuncius.typepad.com/ ) and had to try the “ponyhearts” myself! She LOVED them!!

Storyboards are a series of photos mounted on foamboard that tell a story. They are a great way to showcase a few of your favorite images. I will be offering them as part of the collections recently added to the website. If you haven’t seen them yet, check out “the Investment” on the site. Here are a couple samples and I will be adding more over the next few weeks. They come in 3 sizes,12×12,10×30 and 20×20 and in a few designs for each size, but if you want something specific, they can be completely custom.
