This next playdate family must have thought I was one scatterbrained woman!!

I called her 5 minutes before I should have arrived to tell her I ran out of gas!! I SWEAR IT WASN’T MY FAULT!! My gas gauge wasn’t reading properly and it said I still had a 1/4 tank left. Luckily I was just a couple of kms from her house and her husband came to rescue me!! Thanks so much!!

Little “H” had to be coaxed into wanting to pose for me, it took a bit but he couldn’t resist my charms;)

Here are a few of my favs!

I tried to get a few images of some new knitted items Lee-Ann made but little “H” wasn’t up to it, so Lee-Ann and I have decided to do a product shoot. That means we need some models!!

The date will be April 4th @ 10am in my home.

We need 3 newborns and their mommies only under 14 days old and willing to come out to LaSalle.

It will be approximately 3-4 hours with plenty of breaks for moms and babies. You will receive the session free, an 11×14 print and a $40 gift card from Paper Raisins. You must also sign a model release form and allow Paper Raisins & Freckle Face Photography to use the images for marketing  purposes.

If you or someone you know has had a baby in the last couple days or will be having one in the next few days and would be interested, contact me @ frecklefacephoto@mts.net .

Thanks for looking!

Here are some images from my first playdate!

I was  trying to get some sleeping poses that I often do with newborns and to practice with this age of baby. It’s an age where it’s a bit more difficult to get a wide variety of poses.

This little girl is a sleepy baby, so I’m told, when a photographer is not there, lol! She fell asleep just fine but I had some trouble moving her around once sleeping. Her mommy said she is usually out hard so she was a bit surprised!

No worries!!! I did get a few and I LOVE them!!

can seem like forever. Especially when it’s your first baby. You are so anxious to meet this new liitle person that it feels like it will never get here!

Well the wait is almost over for this great couple!

I had so much fun at their shoot, moving  furniture, then climbing all over it! Sorry about that J&J!! I just gotta get the right angle and sometimes that means standing on a couch!

This couple won a session from the Baby & Kids Show a couple of weeks ago. They are saving that for their bundle of  joy due in just a few short (or long, if you are the mommy-to-be!!) weeks, and decided to have a maternity session too! I love when I can do both sessions! I get to start telling the story of this new family before it even starts!

Enjoy your sneak peek “J&J”. Can’t wait to meet your new little one!
