Yup I am giddy! Going through these images from my session yesterday makes me HAPPY!!!! I LOVE my job!!

This beautiful little girl is the cousin of the boy on my splash page and I am so happy I got to photograph her! She is P-E-R-F-E-C-T.

First here’s my favorite from the maternity session:

Now here is baby N!

 At 13 days old here she still wasn’t due for another week or so. So she was sleepy when sleeping yet quiet and alert when awake. I don’t normally show so many of one session but I really couldn’t choose!! It was so hard!

I’ve made this poor mommy wait long enough for her sneak peek. So sorry “C”!!

Sometimes it’s so easy to get caught up in the “stuff” for a newborn shoot, the cocoons, the wraps the bowls and baskets, that you can loose sight of what it’s all about. The baby…simple and beautiful. And for me that also means black & white. I almost always post color images, I LOVE color but for these I’m lovin’ the B&W.

She surely though so!

This gorgoeus baby girl was all of 6ish pounds at our session and a whopping 3lbs 3ozs at birth! She was so cute but fiesty! It took us a bit to get her sleeping but it was worth it to get these shots!

I think the last one might be my new all-time-favorite newborn image. I love how she put her hand up by her mouth.
