Even though I haven’t done a very good job posting Ruby’s weekly pictures I have mostly done a good job taking them! Almost;)

I did miss 2 weeks (we were in Mexico for one) but I am going to keep going. And because I did manage to get one of all 3 girls AND the dog i’m going to count that as 3 pictures,lol!

Playing in the ocean was probably the best part of our trip. Living smack dab in the middle of Canada doesn’t leave alot of places for cavorting in the waves. Although on a good windy day in Gimli there are a few good waves too!

The sand beneath your feet

There is no session I like better than the maternity & newborn sessions when they are booked together.

I love getting to know the families before their new little one joins their family, especially when they have other children already. They are so happy and excited to become new parents again and to become big brothers or sisters.

Then getting to come back to see them again after their babies have arrived.  I am always so honoured that people choose me to come capture these fleeting days with their families.

I was lucky enough to squeeze in this maternity session before mum had her baby and before I left for Mexico. Their little girl is the cutest thing EVAH!! It was hard for me to remember to take pictures of more than just her!!

Then just a few short weeks later, back I am to meet their new baby GIRL!! Hope she gets these killer eyes too!!

And for all you babies I will be photographing, yet to be born, here are the steps to the perfect yawn. Please wait until I have my camera ready before you atempt this, thanks!

Boy I am so far behind! I have so much blogging to do to catch up!

The baby show was a BLAST and I met so many families and babies! Babies are EVERYWHERE at the baby show,lol! Congratulations to Shannon P and her family who won the complimentary session and 5×5 mini album. I have e-mailed you Shannon, let me know when you would like to book!

We had an amazing time on holidays! We went to Puerto Vallarta for a week at an all-inclusive resort. This was our first big holiday as a family and we enjoyed it so much!

I will have a bigger post about it, as well as some pics in the near future!

But first some sneak peeks!

This family of 3 was lucky enough to welcome 2 new baby boys in February and I was lucky enough to get to photograph them! Let me just say, twins are hard! They gave me a workout, that’s for sure! But it was so much fun and I got double the baby snuggles! Big sister “M” was so happy to introduce me to her little brothers! She was equally happy to pose for me, show me her room, and play me a little song on her piano. I even got a hug and a kiss when I left. I love my job!!
